There will always be runners. However, they're are much less of them lately, and they don't seem to run as high. And of course, nothing can seem to hold its gains. They all seem to evenutally retrace 100% back to long term support levels. Not even a 61% retracement on gains. Full 100%!!! Brutal.

4. When things are bad, add.
5. Wait for reversals before buying or selling.
