The dual dose regime probably has several aims. Tolerability of course, perhaps looking for a ceiling effect, and minimum effective dose amount. I suspect that each indication may have different dosing requirements as evidenced by the 5mg response in the initial Rett trial.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
