Good evidence now that most patients can be dosed adequately with 2-73, which is a risk factor for every experimental compound. I think we've got that established, for adults. Perhaps not for optimum effect. I'm not sure to what extent the dual dosing arms are for dose effect and for tolerability. I suspect we get better tolerability data and insight from the OLE's.

I think the drug tolerability risk is now low at this point.
