I attended May 6 zoom meeting of 13D group.

Mr. Paul Rosenbaum said,

"We will merge with IncellDx as soon as possible"

at the end of the same meeting, Dr. Patterson speech, he said.

"Cytodyne and IncellDx to stratosphere"

Unbelievable how shady Patterson, Jeff Beaty, and Rosenbaum are. You've got Patterson convincing investor to buy into IncellDx at a $80 Million Valuation, while telling them he will force Cytodyn to buy IncellDx for between $350-$500 Million, all while diluting us near 50%.

Shareholders get no vote for mergers/acquisitions on the OTC Market

All that's needed is the BOD who will unanimously vote for a Reverse Split, not including, Authorized Shares, then use the newly freed up shares to buy IncellDx giving them a potential 50% stake of Cytodyn, for a business that's barely worth $80 Million with a 10x Multiple on it

Wow. I will not be voting for the 13D. Cytodyn now has Dr. Recknor, who is way more trustworthy and is doing a good job, filling the deficits the team had
