I am really worry what will happen to our CYDY if this 13 D group will win..

We will be diluted to nothing by buying IncellDx.

And if some don't believe that this is a plan of this group , I will quote couple of statements I heard myself ..

I attended May 6 ( I think it was 6 ) zoom meeting of 13 D group , thinking that before I vote I should know little more about them..

And I was really in shock when few minutes of talking Mr Paul Rosenbaum said.

"We will merge with IncellDx as soon as possible "

And few minutes ago my friend who also listened reminded me that at the end of the same meeting , and at the end of Dr Patterson speech , he said..

"Cytodyne and IncellDx to stratosphere "

And these are not a lies , not my imagination , this meeting I believe was May 6 , 2021 , another about 50 people were there listening..

So all CYDY shareholders need to evaluate , how good for CYDY shareholders it will be to pay maybe 350M-500M or so for IncellDx ,
And then to hope that we will go to stratospher..

And who will be going to this stratoshere , imo only the members of 13D group who are invested in IncellDx..

And it is not all about the money , what they will do later with leronlimab is as important.

These are a true statements , conclusion of course is my opinion.
