Nodder as ceo wanted some extra shares so he set up that purchase as an accomplishment. READ carefully. cydy was doing that purchase REGARDLESS of whether the SEC required a vote or NOT. So the very thing you are screaming about--was already done to cydy shareholders.. Where is your outrage with nodder (CEO since 2012)??
