Their claims don't hold water, as the SEC went to great lengths to emphasize that companies may publish the required disclosure on their own websites for free.

Yes. I don't think I've ever seen them mention that. It was from their latest newsletter:

It looks as if it might contain some real information about the Rule 15c2-11 amendments, but it's all old stuff.
