Knowing what we know about first mover advantages in biotech, along with emerging competition in the oncology space, wouldn’t it be wise to sell the company to the highest bidder, even if the value is just for L, rather than take the risk of holding out and/or remaining independent?

I’ve already made the case that a buyout is in motion, but I’m not expecting much in the way of large value from Direct, maybe a few dollars per share extra.

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
