I thought the generic was within a range of the brand for therapeutic equivalence and that range was within 80 to 120%. Maybe I read that wrong and someone can post the information. I can always tell when CVS changes generics brand for lisinopril and I feel different for a few days until I get use to the new medication even though the dose is the same.
