I know all about this. My wife is a patient that had to fight tooth and nail to get the original name brand drug. I’ve written the OGD (office of generic drugs) several times about V vs. GV not being bio equivalent and I’ve sited this thyroid drug as an example of how even the slightest deviation from the RLD drug can have significant changes in its efficacy. All I get is their standard BS reply.
