ZW I know you and AJ were in contact with the inventors. Are they aware that we might take action, and are they aware that we think Carter will abscond (is that a word?) with the funds?

I know it's not legally binding or anything, but would love to hear from them about what they think we should do. Surely they have family or friends who invested?

Now that the case is settled, I assume they'd be much more free to discuss this stuff... and give a sense of whether Billy is really going to make us all pay $50k for a lawyer, or if he's going to do the right thing.
