From what I can tell the AS was raised on 4/12. The SOS info is on twitter. FWIW if they are raising $5 million with 8% interest and 25% discount to market, that converts to 72 billion shares @.000075. So basically they will never need to issue 72 billion shares. This won’t be trading at .0001 in 18 months. The concerns over the AS are unwarranted.
