Some one is asking more specifically what this means. I’ll try to better explain my interpretation of the info out there -

From the investor white paper hempacco puts out they’re raising 5 million with convertible notes. They’re saying it pays 8% interest and converts at 25% discount to market price.

So hypothetically if you were an accredited investor and invest $1 million - in 18 months the note matures and you’d be owed $1,080,000 (principle+interest). Let’s say in 18 months the stock price has been trading at a 30 day average price of .10. You’d get paid back with shares at .075 (25% discount). $1,080,000/.075=14,400,000 million shares.

So I’m assuming they’re required or have been advised to raise the AS to enough to cover conversions at the lowest price .000075. But it would only convert at that price if it were trading at .0001. I can’t predict the future but i don’t see this trading at .0001 in 18 months.
