flippers don't have enough vision to see beyond a 25% flip which is fine, they are happy making their 25% and miss out on the 1000%

and yes, in penny land those of us looking to make the 1000% probably have several stocks that are down 99% but you only have to hit it big once or twice in your life and you are set. RGBP is that stock, so much potential and as of now, all the steps are being taking to move the company forward and the stock price will follow if/when the news happens.
