If you wait to buy until the facts come out, than you have missed out on ALOT of money. I bought this back when it was a dead company and hoped that it would come back to life. It did and I made alot of money. I've bought and sold while it went up to .08 and back down to were it is today. The 8k's give you a great idea of what is going to happen in the future, is it a guarantee? of course not - nothing is, especially in pennyland. That is why there is great reward for great risk. Except with this stock, the upside is way greater than the downside.
