As far as being confident, I am only confident in the fact we have no idea what will happen with the trial. This is my 4th rodeo, and have seen when you win you don't, and if you lose, it's because you get screwed by BS, not because your case isn't strong. Way too many posts here are concerned with getting screwed by Billy, instead of what will happen with the trial. BS at trial concerns me more than Billy does at this point. Take a look at $VRNG, $IDCC, $WDDD and $VHC if you think we are in for a guaranteed win.
