well I am disagreeing with you on that, next to a big fine this could be of consequence as well and this consequence is from January 2018 so fairly recently

so its not so much NWBO who might not give a dam but Dr linda liau's reputation is at stake here as well

Also why are we measuring this if NWBO Dr Liau can get away with breaching rules and or laws yes or no?
