Wouldn’t that be something. We will know in 60 days if the supremes are for real interested. I honestly think they are. Patents a hot topic right now. I will send her flowers if they take the case. Black roses. I’ve always prided myself on being able to look in the mirror and see how others see me and my actions. It’s been my greatest blessing....and on occasion caused my greatest pain. I am saddened to see she does not have that moxie. I read most of her order and had to stop as it was just too ridiculous. To take the timing reason was ludicrous. I guess at the end she said something to the effect that “either way...nothing in the briefs would change the ruling” That is just plain WRONG. I would stake my immortal soul on the fact her ruling is wrong. That all of this is WRONG. It’s mirror time once again...but not for us I hope.
