El, re: The Bottom Line

Once again, thanks for a very enlightening post. I'm trying to arrive at a conclusion here about Rosen's stake in pctl.

Would it be safe to assume, that despite all his selling, he still retains a considerable number of shares, both freebies and those that kick in at .10,.20 and so on; so, like us, he's got a serious personal interest in raising the share price.

I'm also assuming that he's got a lot more info than us about upcoming contracts, prospects, etc., and this is what he's banking on. He's said as much in his numerous Tweets, but verbal proclamations don't impress The Market.

Does this sound reasonable to you? Am I missing any major risks here?
