But we must note we are making educated estimates. I didn't doubt the number of shares issued to RBC could be 50M+, I just noted that I had not be able to confirm this based on actual, detailed documents that all these shares had been issued to RBC despite the filing I had read so far. And your post, no matter how emphatic, didn't provide any more details or documents to support or prove your point. On the other hand, Jericho provided great details and support for why we could believe that 72M shares where issued to RBC, while still noting it is a bit tricky to confirm this with absolute certainty without more documentation. But based on this, and the declines in PCTL share prices, I believe you are right, RBC appears to be selling large blocks of shares.

But it is also important to understand why RBC may be selling shares, because you are also right that in the end, RBC doesn't care about you or I. Therefore it is important to me to understand what RBC does care about, and how best I may be able to align my interest with RBC, and my meager-able-to-lose-it-all-but-big-home-potential-play-money investment in PCTL.
