gosox: the bottom line
Just as much as I don't think Rosen follows comments on this board, I also don't think any of Rosen tweets can move the market/sp. the more I dig, the more I find this company is an oddball. But I cannot imagine RBC would make such a large investment without hopes that share price would appreciate. It really wouldn't take much to move the mkt cap from $15M to $100M. But I am not sure of anyone's interest beyond hitting 10 cents a share. So many are looking for a quick PR to move the SP, but the financial fundamentals of this company are still messy. Some of the moves are a work in process. And while they are a vast improvement, some moves seem odd, half-steps, incomplete. That may be intentional, and they may have reasons for doing so, I am just not sure they are for good reasons. The next 10Q will tell us more, but I think the biggest PR was the resolution of the lawsuit. That could have been a multi-million dollar drag on the company's future finances, not to mention the time and expense of fighting. I need more time to determine whether PCTL is doing right by their shareholders. It appears they are going in the right direction as a company and RBC appears to be helping. But I have not been able to dismiss the contention of many posters that PCTL is NOT being as fair and transparent as they could be. Better governance and reporting would greatly help in this area, but that requires an investment that I am not sure PCTL is willing or able to make at this time.
