The SEC filed charges against Ubong Uboh (aka Nedi Shupo aka Frank Goldman aka Jonathan Goldman aka Nino) and Tyler Crockett (aka Dan Gibson aka Dave Carroll).
According to the Complaint, Uboh and Crokett ran a call room which they used to manipulate 4 publicly-traded Issuers:
using material misrepresentations to investors, among other things, the Issuers’ relationships with well-known financial institutions and their future prospects.
Many of the investors targeted were senior citizens. All total the investors have realized and unrealized losses totaling at least $1.1 million.
Also mentioned in the Complaint is Garrett O'Rourke who the SEC said lived in and managed the call room.
O'Rourke was previously named in an SEC Complaint with Michael J Black on July 18, 2019 because of a scheme to fraudulently sell AV1 Group Inc (AVOP), EnviroTechnologies International Inc (ETII), and Cyberfront Software Inc (CYBF) stock.
The BKIT suspension did eventually end up leading to Indictments against Ulrik Debo (former co-owner of Stock Tips and promoter for Black's Safer Shots Inc (SAFS)) and money laundering expert Kenneth Ciapala on January 2, 2020.
It also led to SEC charges against Steve Bajic, Rajesh Taneja, Ciapala, Anthony Killarney, Christopher Lee McKnight, Andrew Dale Wise, and a number of nominee companies controlled by them on January 2, 2020
