The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission sued Tyler Crockett and Ubong Uboh Thursday in New York Eastern District Court. The complaint alleges that the defendants violated federal securities laws by material misrepresenting their future prospects to investors. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-02049, Securities & Exchange Commission v. Uboh et al.
