Property in my rural area has EXPLODED in value. Uber rich hundred millionaires are buying up the family owned 100 year ranches and turning them into their own private playgrounds. My wife and I are in the process of trying to build our home and materials are through the roof.
I am thankful for God and luck that we bought our 8 acres just outside of town in the mountains when we did.
Now we are crunching through the blueprints for divorce. Aka house plans
I look forward to TLD in hopes it eases the stress if this little project. But more importantly for the help it will bring people. One of good friends who is a nurse and a pilot just found out she has a brain tumor. Waiting to find out what exactly.
