Covid and unrest has created a new wave of home buying from exiting city dwellers. Cities that were already under duress from financial strain will soon be having to solve those problems with fewer residents to spread out the cost to. That will have consequences. At some point the person to person relationships might rebound in business but we are definitely changed semi permanently. Funny how the scriptures predicted a picture of this remote access to others that for millennia could not be understood and now nearly everyone can watch and worship a world leader or his image, referred to as the beast, through interactive tracked remote exchange. Are we there yet? Not yet but getting real close. First going to see DCVax-L get approved and some other things before a lot more nasty stuff happens on the road to true peace and the thousand year long better day. Best wishes.
