It used to be that the SEC couldn't suspend stocks that didn't report to them. Now that seems to have changed, so it'll be important to check that filings are regular with the otcmarkets at least.
Thanks for the reply, and more so thanks for all the work you do alerting the suspensions and delistings, it's appreciated.
