For every OTC stock OTC Markets has a Disclosures section. If that section is lacking disclosures then find out if the company is remedying their disclosures or if the company really is dark/defunct.

Once the Amended Rule 15c2-11 is enacted I suspect there will be many hundreds of OTC stocks that lose their compliance to the Rule and will consequently lose all Market Maker representations until they do comply with adequate and accurate disclosures.
