He is not correct. He said the SAP and Endpoints were revised "Post Hoc", after the DCVax-L trial data was unblinded.

That is simply not true. I think it was a deliberate lie to help some Shorts & MMs trigger some Stop Losses down to $1.31 per share.

Since his tweet, about 2 million NWBO have traded. But, it will not be enough to help most of the Shorts & MMs.

Most investors who own NWBO shares, know about the revised SAP & new Endpoints timeline & the Buy-in process with the 4 regulatory authorities.

Unfortunately, there were a few NWBO who have fallen victim to this FUD attack.
