The thing is, from his standpoint he’s correct. Even if things come up roses with their biologic application for approval, he’ll stick to his guns. Even if overall survival would is off the charts, and dcvax is approved, he’ll die on that hill. It’s like direct, and how he opined it had no effect - which is true, based on the criteria they originally set out to measure. Never mind Alan butler. It’s infuriating, but that’s the way it is.

The question is - can they revise the endpoints? Is it cheating? Don’t they have a responsibility to make changes based on what has been learned over the past decade?
