The delay is because Jackass Cramer is loading his truck. He never touts a stock before he loads. And most often he touts a stock when he wants to draw investors in while he unloads. It is well known he is a CONTRARIAN INDICATOR

All his sarcastic tweets are to keep the stock from exploding before he is done loading.
