EBW31... I spoke at length with Harry in the spring about that because Dim sent me the same replies, almost word for word. I asked repeatedly for evidence to support his claims and he ignored repeatedly the questions and just suggested I get out and save what I could of my investment, which then was 000’s still.

Harry told me he is upset about changes in management and that IMmB shares were shut down and issued ENZC. He prob knew Charles would be chosen CEO of new merger too.

My guess since he won’t/ can’t supply any evidence is that he is just pissed off about something and that seems to go with what Harry said.

Charles CERTAINLY would not have gone through all that he has to take over a company that did not own the rights to ITV1, as Harry does, and start off with a fraudulently built foundation. You can bet he did all the DD on those allegations before signing documents.
