I said in the previous email that ENZC does not work with Immunotech Laboratories BG. Harry Zhabilov is a main stockholder and CEO of IMMB, but is purposefully leading the company towards bankruptcy. The clinical trials of ITV-1 are the property of Immunotech Laboratories BG as well as the rights for all current and future patents by Harry Zhabilov. ENZC only goal is to sell stocks, because of which they raised the number of shares to 3 billion and are making false claims in their press releases and website. Valentin Dimitrov is a shareholder in the company but nothing more than that. We suggest that You inform the SEC and FINRA about Zhabilov’s fraudulent active so we can change the board of directors and CEO in IMMB and save the company.
