Perhaps FUNN leadership should have made the changes in OTCIQ 5 business days ago BEFORE making any kind of a PR.

An organizational and strategic mistake right off the bat.

If I were the new CEO of Amfil Technologies; the PARENT company, the changes in OTCIQ would have been completed FIRST.

Secondly, I would have actually penned the PR myself - and signed off on the PR as CEO of Amfil Technologies, provided my work phone number, and my work email address - since RC was tasked by the CEO of Amfil Technologies with communicating with shareholders...lol.

I would also have change the Leadership Page on Amfil Technologies own Website to reflect changes in Leadership.

Then, release a PR that I penned and signed off on.

RC was tasked by Roger the CEO of Amfil Technologies. If RC were top dog at Amfil Technologies; who tasked him with all of those business objectives?

No, No, No...this is some food for thought. They just released this news of a new CEO. They have four business days to report this on an 8K. We are in the beginning of a holiday weekend. Plenty of time to file. Stock market closes early tomorrow, would the SEC consider that a business day(unlikely)?

So the first business day would be yesterday, the second business day would be Monday 11/30/20, the third business day would be Tuesday 12/1/20, then the third business day would be Wednesday 12/2/20. Plenty of time to file a formal 8K.
