Plenty of time to file. Stock market closes early tomorrow, would the SEC consider that a business day(unlikely)?

So the first business day would be yesterday, the second business day would be Monday 11/30/20, the third business day would be Tuesday 12/1/20, then the third business day would be Wednesday 12/2/20. Plenty of time to file a formal 8K.
