NO you only need 1 warrant and $304.80 to buy a common. They would have been smarter to require 10 warrants to buy at $30.48.

It looks like they really want the warrants to expire worthless and this was the best way to ensure nobody converts the public warrants.

Just my early morning thoughts on it.
