No way. The multiplied the strike price and the conversation ratio? What the hell?!? The stock has to get over $300 to hit the strike and then you need like 10 of them to get 1 common. That would render them virtually worthless (even if people don’t know it). This is so egregious I am going to call the company and see if it’s true. If it is, I am ask them why they hate their shareholders.
