If BSF did not provide to the court what the court was asking for, the court would have told BSF that as they did once before.

All Billy Delgado naysayers are going to be very disappointed when judgment is granted in favor of GDSI.

The only thing I do agree with that you wrote is that there is a long road ahead. I do expect the Bolzans to appeal which they will lose and they may even take it to the Supreme Court. At the Supreme Court, they have a 10% chance of getting it overturned on a due process argument which the court will then order for the case to go to trial.

I would say that GDSI is looking at a 6-18 month road to begin collecting. However and if GDSI does for some crazy reason lose on appeal which will simply order trial, the case will go to trial in late 2021.
