If you read what the judge wrote, you will see the words "entitled to" and the words "offset," taxes," and "purchase price." If the completion of the contract requires determination of the purchase price, there's a monetary component to implementation of specific performance.

The Court has not determined the purchase price. BSF submitted a laundry list. However, it's not what the Judge requested. The current tax debt was not properly submitted. It's one number that BSF expects the court to figure out, then offset that amount against the SPA purchase price.
