Hope they followed the same.

I think the folks who get these alloted (private investors), dump the stocks for a minor loss today (0.33 --> 0.3) and in the past cases lots of gains (0.3 --> 0.38). They have completely de-risked themselves. Now, they have millions of warrants (which are also locked so that they cannot sell) which they hold on to, till we see the results of the P3..
