I'm familiar with gowning up/disposing - I've done it many times, but I have no idea what that has to do with you thinking you need an N95 mask for pedestrian use.
How often do you wash your cloth mask or change the disposable? - It depends on how often I use them.

I get it, you don't want to wear a mask because it's not macho and it reminds you/everyone that Trump didn't do his job in February to get a handle on COVID-19 when he could have prevented the number of U.S. deaths we have today.
