Spooner, I’m curious if any of these options/warrants could be used to allow a partner to buy into the company without increasing the total share count. Perhaps why friendlies were given a chance to extend warrants if they agreed to not sell until Nov. 1? Maybe they’ll be offered a nice buyout of their warrants/options in the next few months or on Nov. 1?
Don’t know if it can be done or makes sense. Maybe somebody who knows more than I can respond.
