Im Sure UNRG Did't spend all that money to be current (PR said today All fillings to be Current Are COMPLETE) if they didn't think the LOI wasn't a SURE THING

Also PR Said property Allready Producing $28m a year WITH Plenty of Acerage to expand. And hiring new Big Oil Company Oil Execs who got laid off when oil prices went down
