$UNRG I just placed a buy order to add to my position; now, I wait for the order to execute.

A non-binding LOI means either party could simply walk away without doing anything. Hmmm.

EDIT: Got a partial fill.

EDIT1: Canceled the rest of my order. I do have a better average, though, and did nearly double my position. It's not like four shares filled when I canceled.
