As I have posted previously IMO they have already locked the data but of course I could be wrong. We are around the time where we were told to expect data lock, there has been no announcement of any delays which we were advised there would be, DI is actively avoiding answering requests for confirmation if data lock has occurred and, IF they do truly believe there are naked shorts to trap then announcing data lock would only limit their ability to take advantage upon TLD release.
