LEAS did a couple of OTC disclosures today.

They took the old dirty back dated debt Note and put it in Bolbat's name then settled it with renumerated shares.

They also added a new Note to MJBMN LLC (H. Tran) allegedly issued on 3/28/19 that came due on 3/28/20 (around the time the stock got active again).

Also of note, somebody named Jaberian got 10,000,000 consulting shares.

There was an AJ Jaberian that was used as a front for Mark Miller with BLLB in the past

The paying party for the BLLB fake pr was MJ Builders of MN LLC (MJBMN LLC) an entity controlled by Mark Miller.

So I still believe that the Mark Miller group was involved in the LEAS and BBDA hijacking and front loading pump & dumps (like my old research expose showed).

Looks like Bolbat is still listed as the control person which means that Lance Quartieri is still in the background.

And the latest attorney putting their name on this scam is Vic Devlaeminck.

It will be interesting to see if he has the cojones to do an attorney letter.

If he does, I'm placing my bets that he ends up on the banned service provider list like what happened with Don Paradiso after Paradiso did the attorney letter for LEAS last year. Especially considering that LEAS claims to not be a shell company in the two new disclosures, when obviously it is.
