I agree with you.

Before appeal gets heard I see M&A as well.

But I disagree on CVR. I don’t think it’ll be tied to appeal but rather tied to US revenue.

That way if appeal/settlement/continued legal wrangling drags on it incentives BP to get revenue faster and rewards only in event of sales.

For CVR
If US rev ís $1b for 2021 then 1/1/22 cvr payout is $x
And it could be multi tiered
If us rev is $2b for 2022 then 1/1/23 cvr payout is $y
