I think a CVR deal is in the late stages. Reasons:
1) Divested senior management
2) Only Craig is fully invested, new company wants to keep only him
3) Craig is vocal on Twitter and IMO is part of appeal strategy

I think M&A deal before appeal is due, CVR based on appeal & EU.
