Definitely agree. We may have lost some value for the next year or so, but I’m confident we win on appeal. Over the last few days I read about 30 circuit court decisions on patent appeals. Many of them on obvious as well. I’ve seen about half reversed where the district court misinterpreted the science and comparing this to the 70 page docket I see a lot of similarities.

I really think some people here on this board should read some of them. I guarantee you will get a better understanding of these rulings and appeals and feel more confident that we prevail in the end.
