Amarin mgmt has no choice but to continue to build the market until a decision on the appeal is determined. Right now it should be business as usual for the sales team.

I get the idea of trying to cut the sales force cost now...I was in that group a few days ago...but what happens if Amarin wins the appeal? We go right back to where we were March 29.

I can’t imagine the hate that would be spewed here for mgmt if they cut the sales force now, sales dropped or stagnated for the next year...then we win the appeal.

As of this moment, nothing has really changed except the stock price...we have one more shot at resolving this, nothing at this point is final. For the GIA crowd before 3/30...this shouldn’t have any impact as you would have been holding for multiple years anyway before you realized your expectations. At may actually help you hold on and not sell early. This setback should really only impact the hot money crowd that expected a quick buyout after the case.
