Diet is one part
avoid dairy because diets high in dairy causes a change in the coating of your tongue and nares making it easier for virus and bacteria to stick and get into your system.

Vitamin C and D both change the texture of your mucus making it harder for the virus to stick and invade, please add some zinc in the form of lozenges if you get sniffles it does stop the virus in its tracks.

The other two are A and B6 in small doses and you're set.

Of course isolation from outsiders is best defense if possible.

By the way, we just had to intubate a close friend she is 62 and was being treated for breast cancer, she is lovely person who worked as a nurse up until October.
People who are immune compromised need to be protected !!
